  • In-Person Training: One-on-one personalized training sessions tailored to your goals.

  • Online Programming: Custom workout programs delivered through our SBD Training App, designed to fit your schedule and goals.

2. What is the SBD Training App?

The SBD Training App is our user-friendly platform for delivering personalized workout programs directly to your device. Through the app, you’ll have access to your custom training plan, track progress, and communicate with your coach.

3. How do I sign up for online programming?

To sign up for our online programming, simply fill out the contact form on our website or download the SBD Training App and create an account. Once signed up, we’ll connect you with a coach to design a personalized plan that fits your fitness goals.

4. Do you offer nutrition coaching?

While our main focus is on strength and fitness programming, we can provide basic nutritional guidance to complement your training. However, we recommend consulting a registered dietitian for a more comprehensive nutrition plan.

5. Can I switch between in-person and online programming?

Yes! We offer flexibility to switch between in-person and online programming based on your needs and preferences. Reach out to your coach if you’d like to make the switch.

6. What equipment do I need for online training?

Our programs are tailored to your available equipment. Whether you have access to a fully-equipped gym or just a few pieces of equipment at home, we’ll design a program that works for you.

7. How does payment work?

For in-person training, payment is required upfront, either per session or as a package. For online programming, we offer one-time purchases or subscriptions that are billed monthly. Payments are processed securely through our website or app.

8. What is your cancellation policy?

  • In-Person Training: We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to full charge.

  • Online Programming: You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, no refunds will be provided for unused portions of the subscription.

9. Can I request a refund?

Refunds are not provided for completed in-person sessions or ongoing subscriptions. If you are unsatisfied with your online programming, please contact us to discuss adjustments or other options.

10. How do I track my progress?

With both in-person and online training, you’ll receive regular feedback from your coach. If you’re using the SBD Training App, you can track your workouts, set goals, and monitor your progress all in one place.

11. How often will my program be updated?

We regularly update your program based on your progress and feedback. Online programming is typically adjusted every 4-6 weeks to reflect your performance and goals.

12. Can I communicate with my coach?

Absolutely! For online programming, communication with your coach happens directly through the SBD Training App. You can ask questions, provide feedback, or request adjustments as needed.

13. What if I have an injury or health condition?

If you have an injury or health condition, let us know during your consultation. We’ll design a program that accommodates your needs and ensures a safe training experience. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program if you have concerns.

14. Do you offer group training sessions?

At this time, our focus is on individual coaching, but we may offer group training sessions in the future. Stay updated by subscribing to our newsletter or checking our website for new features.
